April Collett's Profile

MEET APRIL

Hi, I’m April Collett, a lifelong North Georgia native who genuinely loves this community and the people who call it home. My husband and I own local businesses, raise our family here, and stay actively invested in the community. North Georgia isn’t simply an area I serve. It’s home.

Before transitioning into real estate, I spent more than 20 years in the corporate world, where I learned the value of strong communication, attention to detail, and following through on what you promise. I now bring that same business experience, along with a personal and straightforward approach, to every client I represent.

In my first year in real estate, I closed 10 transactions totaling more than $2.5 million in sales and earned 10 five-star Google reviews. I’m proud of those numbers, but I’m even more proud that my clients felt supported, informed, and genuinely cared for throughout the process.

Whether you’re purchasing your first home, selling your current one, searching for land, or investing in North Georgia, I’ll give you honest advice and hands-on guidance from our first conversation through closing.

If you’re considering a move, I’d love the opportunity to help you make it with confidence.
